CUSTOMER FEEDBACK
We believe that we provide good logs at a fair price. We also aim to provide a good service. Buying logs can be confusing, so we try to answer all questions and give advice where needed. We endeavour to stick to our delivery times whenever possible, or at least to let you know if we are not going to make the agreed time. We think good manners and a pleasant smile make the world a nicer place.
It is really great when customers take the time to give us some positive feedback ...

And as for the negative ... In the two years that we have been trading, one customer was disappointed with the quantity he received. One customer thought that we were very expensive compared to his previous supplier. One customer was not happy that the logs were well seasoned as described. One customer complained that the delivery was much later than expected. We hope that the measures we took to resolve these issues were acceptable.
But as we are all only human, we don't think this is bad going, and are really pleased that most of our customers now come from repeat business or recommendation.
